All of our products are custom-made to order and undergo a thorough quality inspection before dispatch. As each item is produced specifically for your order, we only accept returns and issue refunds where there is a significant manufacturing defect, quality issue, or an error on our part.

Any return, refund, or exchange is subject to our review and approval and is offered at our sole discretion.

If an item does not fit as expected but matches the measurements and specifications provided, we are not obligated to accept a return. However, where appropriate, we may offer an exchange at our discretion, subject to stock availability. Any additional shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns received without prior authorisation may be refused, forfeited, or returned to the sender once any applicable return shipping costs have been paid.
